Worldwide, join the rest of the world to mourn the passage of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday, 8th September, 2022, at her summer residence, the Balmoral Castle, in Scotland.
Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa described the death of her majesty the Queen as a huge loss to the world. “Her reign, which began in 1952, brought stability, continuity and growth to the U.K. She was admired and respected, all over the world, for her dignity, carriage and grace. May the Lord grant her eternal peace,” he prayed.
A condolence letter signed by the Diocesan Secretary of the U.K. Diocese of the Celestial Church of Christ, AVSE David Agunbiade, stated that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, embodied the best of quality, decency and selfless devotion to duty during her 70nyears reign. She will remain a shining light in our memories and will forever be missed by our community of Africa churches in U.K. and throughout the world.

Our Sweet mother has gone yo a beautiful place of rest eternally. I remember, the visit of her Majesty the Queen in 1952, l was then 7years old waving the Union flag infront of my Daddy’s house on the old Lagos- leading road with my School Unifotm. I thank God that speared my life to leave yo celebrate the Queen 70th year Jubilee the June 2022. May her soul continually rest in peace. Our Adorable mother
