AND HE WASHED THEIR FEET…E.M.F. Follows The Example Of Christ

Our Lord, Jesus Christ, washed the feet of His disciples and said, “I have given you an example, that ye also should do as I have done to you.” (John 13:15). Christ also said, “Ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.” (John 13:14).

In compliance with the scriptures above, the Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa, flagged off the annual washing of feet in C.C.C. W/w by washing the feet of Shepherds and Clergy men on Saturday, 23rd March, 2024. Venue was the Celestial Theological Seminary, Klm 53, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

The act of washing the feet serves as a picture of Jesus’ ultimate mission: to serve humanity through His humble death on a cross, a death that washes us clean from all sin. Also, Jesus Christ intends His demonstration of humility to serve as an example to His disciples.
