Born into the family of Prophet, Pastor, Founder Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa and Josephine Togbe T. Oshoffa on Saturday, 25th December, 1948, the circumstances surrounding his birth, his outstanding childhood and his remarkable strides in life, all confirm that His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa Vihan Adebowale Abiodun Oshoffa, was born great.
Before his birth, the great prophet, Reverend Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa had lost the first three children of his life in quick succession, Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa therefore arrived as the fourth son. Little wonder then that he was named “Mobiyina,” the meaning of which is, “I fathered this one while waiting for the arrival of other children. “
In school, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa stood out like a shining star and towered head and shoulders above his peers. He was counted amongst the most studious, neat and brightest students.
A man blessed with the rare spiritual gift of seeing visions, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa was installed as the fourth Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide on 23rd February, 2003 at the Celestial City, Imeko, Ogun State.
E.M.F. as he is fondly called turned 75 on Sunday, 25th December, 2023. The day also marked his 21st anniversary as the Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.
And the 75th Birthday Anniversary Committee chaired by Superior Evangelist Muyiwa Ariyo pulled out all stops to ensure a classy and befitting 75th birthday celebration for the chosen and anointed one.
From the well decorated marque in front of the pastoral residence in Imeko to the gourmet and choice drinks, everything reeked of class and panache.
The joy, happiness and excitement was infectious as Celestians celebrated their beloved leader. And all through, E.M.F. danced…and danced…and danced…
Thumbs up to Superior Evangelist Muyiwa Ariyo, Superior Evangelist David Sikpa, Superior Evangelist Gbenga Salako, L/S/E/S Dolapo Adeyemi and L/S/E/S Olayemi Oshoffa, for putting together a celebration so befitting and successful, at such a short notice.
