KOGI PARISH ATTACKED BY TERRORISTS RECEIVE SUCCOUR FROM E.M.F…And the Pastor In Council, C.C.C. Worldwide.

Sunday 16th October, 2022, was indeed a black Sunday as the Celestial Church of Christ, Blood of Jesus Parish, Felele, Lokoja, Kogi State, was attacked by terrorists at about 8.00pm, shortly after the day’s glorious Sunday service. The attack left two members of the parish dead and several injured. ISWAP, an Islamic terrorist group has since claimed credit for the dastardly attack.

The good news however is that upon learning of the attack, from his France base, just before returning to Nigeria, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, Pastor and Supreme Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, reached out to the distressed parish with a wand of succour.

Supported by the distinguished members of the Pastor In Council, C.C.C. W/w, who immediately set up a Relief Fund for the victims of the regrettable attack, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, has sent an undisclosed sum of money to settle the hospital bills of the injured and to provide relief for the parish. Upon receiving the breather, the Chairman, Secretary and Shepherd in Charge of Blood of Jesus Parish, called C.C.C. Media to pour out their profound gratitude and to appreciate the kind, thoughtful and humanitarian gesture of His Eminence and the Pastor in Council, C.C.C. W/w.
