EXCITEMENT, JOY AND BLISS, AS C.C.C. MAKOKO HOLDS 73rd ADULT HARVEST THANKSGIVING SERVICE

The cradle of the Celestial Church of Christ in Nigeria and Overseas, the Celestial Church of Christ, National Headquarters, Archdiocese, Makoko, Yaba, Lagos, held her 73rd Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service with pomp and pageantry on Sunday, 4th August, 2024.

The event themed “Harvest of Great Expectations” lived up to its name as it attracted the cream of the fold from far and near.

His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide and his devited wife, Mother Celestial Celine Oshoffa, topped the list of dignitaries at the event. Others were Most Superior Evangelist S.O. Banjo, Most Superior Evangelist J.D. Nunayan, Most Superior Evangelist M.O Ajao, Most Superior Evangelist S.I. In his sermon, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa urged Christians to always remember the goodness of God in their lives and to understand that it is important to present the best Harvest Returns before God on a day like this. He urged the congregation to eschew bitterness and hatred and to embrace love, kindness and generosity towards all human beings. He prayed that this would be a new beginning of goodness and abundance the congregation and the entire church.
