The Shepherds Council of the Southern Africa Diocese of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, under the newly appointed Head of Diocese, Venerable Superior Evangelist Samuel Babatunde Balogun, held her inaugural meeting on Monday, 12th February, 2024.

The meeting was held at the Celestial Church of Christ, Genesis International Cathedral, Pretoria, South Africa and was presided over by Venerable Superior Evangelist Samuel Babatunde Balogun (Head of Southern Africa Diocese, C.C.C. W/w/Shepherd, C.C.C. Genesis Cathedral International). It was attended by the following:

Venerable Superior Evangelist Francis Zeni (Deputy Head of Diocese/Shepherd, C.C.C. Voice of the Lord Parish, Johannesburg).

Venerable Superior Evangelist Peter Zinzu ( Diocese Representative/Shepherd, C.C.C. Alpha and Omega Parish, Johannesburg).

Assistant Venerable Superior Evangelist Sunday Vogah (Diocese Secretary/Shepherd, C.C.C. Joy of the Lord Parish, Cape Town).

Senior Evangelist Tim Adeniyi (Diocese P.A. C.C.C. Genesis Cathedral International). -Prophet Daniel Sonoili (Shepherd, C.C.C. Latter Day Glory Parish, Pretoria).

Senior Evangelist Oriyomi Adebayo, Prophet Elijah Olanrewaju (Shepherd, C.C.C. Lion of Judah, Cape Town).

Also present were Superior Evangelist Stephen Aboa (Johannesburg), MC Mimi Mashal (Cape Town) and MC Alayande from Johannesburg.

Urgent issues and strategies revolving around moving the Diocese forward were discussed at the meeting in an atmosphere of conviviality and camaraderie. A communique would be issued later.
