Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa, Pastor and Spiritual Head, C.C.C. W/w.

Halleluyah to all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. To all true members of Celestial Church of Christ and duly anointed shepherds with divine calling, I come to you in the name of Christ our Saviour, let us work in unity for the betterment of the CCC UK Diocese.

This is a season for us all to bury hatchets and come as a body to synchronise our various skills for the development of the church and our community at large. What binds us together hugely outweighs what may try to separate us. We should realise that idiosyncrasies must differ, but the power of unity in diversity should see us through.

Our primary assignment as shepherds is to lead the congregation of God to Salvation through Jesus Christ. With this, we are supposed to be well equipped with the Word of God and endowed in the liturgy of the church. This will enable us all to be true role models and mentors to be emulated (Exodus 12:26). There is a need to work on effective leadership management across board, right from the parish level, nobody is an island of knowledge. Shepherds’ welfare package is of importance, and the committee on this will soon submit their report and shall be executed as soon as possible.

The Seminary and Pastoral College is our pride, and every shepherd and church worker should present themselves for training irrespective of their academic qualifications. There shall be various in-service practical trainings to complement whatever the theoretical knowledge we may have.

This will, in turn, create a unified mode of action throughout the Diocese. For example, lighting the altar candles, Shepherds do it differently depending on where he is actually ‘trained’. Unfortunately, little things like this easily confuse the children and youths and can result in the assumption that all white garment churches are the same, but this is wrong.

Most Superior Evangelist Amos Fatusin, Head, UK Diocese, C.C.C. W/w

Yes, they are similar in mission – to win souls for the Heavenly Kingdom, united in evangelism but different in methodology, doctrines and tenets. The Diocese is working with the Seminary and Pastoral College to develop a training syllabus for the children and youths to know more about the nitty-gritty of the church. This will curb the unwarranted infiltration of foreign doctrines.

Activities of Prophets and Prophetesses of the Diocese have to be improved. VSE Solomon Adepetun (FADA) and VSE Wale Onafuye have been assigned to evaluate this and present their report for immediate implementation. CCC UK Diocese is a Pacesetter for good things and we must live up to expectationg.

With the directive from the office of the Pastor, and supported by the Diocesan Secretariat, the CCC UK Diocese Taskforce shall be making unscheduled visits to parishes across the Diocese to monitor and evaluate adherence to the church tenets and doctrines. Whatever shortcomings noticed shall be discreetly discussed with the shepherd for necessary correction. The body is nonviolent nor physically confrontational, They are not coming to pull down your altar. Therefore, welcome them politely, as they would be on Pastoral Duty, whenever you see them in your parish.

In conclusion, brethren, let us all work together for the greatness of this church and take our rightful place in this nation. May God Almighty empower us to be able to uphold the labours of our heroes past and protect the future of our generations to come.

Long live us all, long live C.C.C. UK Diocese and C.C.C. Worldwide.

Yours in the Lord,
Most Superior Evangelist A.O. Fatusin JP (Mpic)
Head of CCC UK Diocese
