In a pastoral memo dated Saturday, 16th September, 2023, with reference number CCC/EMF/PO/ADM-01/09-23, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, has refuted the claim by a group known as the “Concern Shepherds UK Diocese,” that he authorised the establishment of a parallel administration in the UK Diocese of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.

“It saddens my heart to hear that I’d allegedly given permission to a certain group of Shepherds in the UK Diocese to proceed with the formation of a new administration under the leadership of VSE Bola Olaleye, as a parallel body to the administration of the C.C.C. UK Diocese under my appointed representative, Most Superior Evangelist Amos Olabode Fatusin.
I hereby State categorically that I neither gave such pastoral permission nor issued any communique authorising any group (Concern Shepherds) to set up a parallel administrative body in the UK Diocese of C.C.C. W/w.
The Celestial Church of Christ, UK Diocese, is one body and should remain so under the leadership of Most Superior Evangelist Amos Olabode Fatusin (Head of Diocese).”
His Eminence Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, concluded by calling on all concerned parties to work together in love and unity for the peace and progress of the United Kingdom Diocese of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.
