Sequel to earlier directives given by His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, on collection of Clergy Anointment Certificates by all State Evangelists/Heads of Diocese, the following instructions have again been reiterated.
1. State Evangelists and Heads of Diocese are to collect and collate the Anointment Certicates of all Shepherds under their jurisdiction from the rank of Senior Evangelist to Superior Evangelist to Assistant Venerable Superior Evangelist to Venerable Superior Evangelists.
2. In addition to the Clergy Anointment Certificates, State Evangelists are also to collect and collate the letters of transfer and registration numbers of all Shepherds under their jurisdiction.
3. Also, all State Evangelists are to prepare up to date performance reports of their activities in the Diocese within the last one year.
The Clergy Anointment Certificates, letters of transfer, registration numbers and performance reports are to be collated and presented at a crucial meeting scheduled to hold at the Celestial Church of Christ, International Headquarters Cathedral, Ketu, Lagos, on Friday, 1st September, 2023. Time: 12.00 noon.
It is important that all State Evangelists and Shepherds under their jurisdiction attend this all important meeting at the Celestial Church of Christ, International Headquarters Cathedral, Ketu, Lagos, on Friday, 1st September, 2023 at 12 noon prompt.
This meeting convened under the direct instruction of the Pastor and Spiritual Head of C.C.C. W/w, His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa, would also focus on the entrenchment of co-operation and unity within the Clergy rank and file of the Church.
The requested documents (Clergy Anointment Certificates, Letters of Transfer, Clergy Registration Numbers and Performance Reports) are to be submitted to the Chairman of the Task Force Corps, C.C.C. W/w, VSE Firmin Adjovi, at the meeting, for onward delivery to His Eminence.
The Chairman of the Task Force Corps, C.C.C. W/w, VSE Firmin Adjovi has been mandated to despatch invitation letters to the meeting on behalf of His Eminence, to all concerned stakeholders.

Why not send it through the secretary of the clergy
instead of task force?
Shepherds are pastor’s representative and 90 percent of CCC parishes were built by all this selfless great men of God to promote the Gospel of Christ in CCC way because of the genuinety of Papa SBJ oshoffa divine call so if we want to be fair to them they need to be respected and honor in the roles of the pastor representative which they are.
please note it is in appropriate to give such unnecessary role of responsibility to an individual who is not a member of the CCC board of trustees which our revered pastor Rev EMF oshoffa chairs
I will continue to hammer on this let the task be subjected under the chairman committee on security of the pastor in council the only mouth piece of the CCC task force should be the chairman of CCC pastor in council and not a sub- committee under him who only has an oversight functions
Logically the task force team supposed to give all their reports back to the CCC disciplinary committee for assessment while the disciplinary committee will delibrate on it with the chairman of the CCC security and disciplinary committee of the PIC
I believe for an effective administration our revered pastor Rev EMF oshoffa needs to be advised to look into this before people see it as something else
