In sterling fulfilment of a pledge made 14 days ago at its annual Thanksgiving ceremony tagged ‘Harvest of the Word 4.0’ the Celestial Church of Christ PraiseVille Family has donated a N500,000 generator to help with electricity supply at the CCC Theological Seminary, Klm 53, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

The brand new power generator was presented by the Head, CCC PraiseVille Ministry, and Shepherd (Dr.) Kunle Hamilton to the Seminary Rector, AVSE Kayode Taiwo, accompanied by two senior lecturers, Sup. Evang. (Dr.) Olumide Faleti and MC (Dr.) Grace Ajewole on Sunday, 18 September 2022 at TheVille, Yaba, Lagos.

On hand to witness the occasion and to preach at the breakfast fellowship tagged ‘Celestial Showers’ which holds weekly 7.00-9.00am every Sunday was Sup. Evang. Kayode Ajala, Secretary and Member, Pastor in Council, and Head of CCC Media, who was accompanied by his wife, MC Linda Ajala.

Representing the Seminary Implementation Committee at the ceremony were the Vice Chairman, Sup. Evang. (Dr.) Olusegun Okeowo, MPIC and Assistant Secretary, Prophet (Dr.) Precious Iluku. Chief Donor and Host Shepherd, Dr. Kunle Hamilton, is the Committee Chairman.

Delivering his sermon, Sup. Evang. Kayode Ajala, MPIC, admonished everyone online and onsite: “Let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall” (1 Corinthians 10:12). He chastised those who get beside themselves with ego, affluence and influence and therefore become proud and arrogant. He urged everyone to humbly rededicate themselves to the true Christian and Celestial Church values of love, integrity, devout worship and submission to divine and pastoral authority.

Just before benediction and inspired by the success of the ceremony, members and non-members of CCC PraiseVille immediately volunteered and made online transfers to fund the repair of the old generator at the Seminary to ensure longevity of the new one at the behest of the Head of Ministry.

Together, we move to higher glory.

Superior Evangelist Kayode Ajala, M.P.I.C./C.C.C. Media/Monday 19th September, 2022.
