STILL ON ANOINTMENT PROCEDURES AND REGULATION OF CHURCH RANKS

In response to the deluge of enquiries concerning the afore-titled, we write to further clarify the following, as clearly stated in memo with reference number CCC/EMF/PD/CIR-02/03-23, issued under the title Pastoral Directive/Circular, which reaffirms that elevation from the rank of Superior Evangelist upwards would only be considered and approved after rank holders have spent the years outlined below in the following order:

SUPERIOR EVANGELIST TO ASSISTANT VENERABLE SUPERIOR EVANGELIST 10 YEARS

ASSISTANT VENERABLE SUPERIOR EVANGELIST TO VENERABLE SUPERIOR EVANGELIST 15 YEARS

VENERABLE SUPERIOR EVANGELIST TO ASSISTANT MOST SUPERIOR EVANGELIST 20 YEARS

Other elevations not stated here are absolutely at Pastoral discretion.

Violators are advised to desist from wearing strange garments as severe sanctions would be meted out on culprits.

    Celestial church has good approach and ideas, but our problem is lack of enforcement, when you make law you must make make sure you punish those that violated the law as a scape goat this will make others to know that yes it’s no go area.
