QUESTION: “Should the 1/3rd (One third) percentage/share due to the Parish also be deducted before the Pastoral Return is paid into the church’s designated bank account?”

The ANSWER to this all important question is “YES.”

Individual parishes of the church should, just like the Shepherds, deduct the 1/3rd (One third) percentage/share due to the Parish, before the final 1/3rd (One third) of the Pastoral Return is paid directly into the church’s designated bank account.
