Our Lord, Jesus Christ,<\/em><\/strong> washed the feet of His disciples and said, “I have given you an example, that ye also should do as I have done to you.” (John 13:15).<\/em> Christ also said, “Ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.” (John 13:14).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In compliance with the scriptures above, the Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa,<\/em><\/strong> flagged off the annual washing of feet in C.C.C. W\/w by washing the feet of Shepherds and Clergy men on Saturday, 23rd March, 2024.<\/em> Venue was the Celestial Theological Seminary, Klm 53, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The act of washing the feet serves as a picture of Jesus’ ultimate mission: to serve humanity through His humble death on a cross, a death that washes us clean from all sin. Also, Jesus Christ intends His demonstration of humility to serve as an example to His disciples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
