T<\/strong>he Celestial Church of Christ, Rebisi Parish 3, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, has come out boldly to clear the air following allegations and counter allegations against the present Shepherd in Charge of the parish, VSE Debo Olaniyan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recent uproar, it would be recalled, was an embarrassing item on the internet, with the name and image of the parish being dragged into the controversy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, in a phone chat with the C.C.C. Media and Publicity Unit, the Chairman of the Parochial Committee of the parish, Superior Evangelist Lamidi E. Adeshina, made it clear that the parish stands with the Shepherd, VSE Debo Olaniyan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his words, “Ever since VSE Debo Olaniyan was posted to our parish a couple of months back, he has given a very good account of himself in the discharge of his duties. Unlike what is being peddled about him, we have never caught him with his hand in the till, neither has he been involved in any immoral affair with any female member of the parish. We are willing to visit the Pastor to clarify issues concerning our Shepherd and the parish and we have even sent a letter to the Pastor\u2019s Office to this effect.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
