D<\/strong>isturbed by the visibly poor on-the-job<\/em> performances of serving Shepherds and a notable deficiency in the quality of some products of the Celestial Church of Christ Theological Seminary, His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa, after thorough deliberations with concerned stakeholders, has issued the following Pastoral Directives <\/strong>to ensure better performance delivery henceforth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pastoral Directives are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Graduates of the C.C.C. Theological Seminary (including recent graduands) would be placed on a compulsory one (1 year) Industrial Attachment, instead of the three (3 months) attachment presently in existence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. It is compulsory for Transfer\/Posted Shepherds to attend all retreats\/refresher courses that would be organised regularly henceforth.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Refresher Courses for Clergy at<\/strong> State and Divisional levels would be organised in conjunction with the C.C.C. Theological Seminary and participation by all Clergy is compulsory.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.Certificates of Participation issued at such organised Retreats, and at the end of such organised Refresher Courses, must be presented before Letters of Transfer are handed out to Clergy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.Finally, whoever is found wanting and withdrawn from his or her place of primary assignment as Shepherds or Workers in the vineyard, shall henceforth be sent back to the C.C.C. Theological Seminary for a two (2) year special course designed for such purpose, as a corrective measure for indiscipline and irresponsibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
