His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In<\/strong> a very bold and decisive move to end the rancour and strife that has pervaded the United States of America Diocese of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide in the last two years, the Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Church, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, has split the USA Diocese C.C.C. W\/w into two, namely the USA Diocese and the USA National Diocese. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Venerable Superior Evangelist Joseph Olorunnisola would head the USA Diocese, Venerable Superior Evangelist Olaitan Balogun would head the USA National Diocese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Letters of appointment were handed to the two newly appointed Heads of Diocese by His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa on Saturday, 12th August, 2023, with a strong mandate that the new appointees should work hand in hand to achieve harmony and peace within the two dioceses in particular and also work towards the overall development and progress of the Celestial Church of Christ in general. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The appointments are for a period of two years with a possibility of a one year extension. This tenured appointment would be subjected to diligent monthly evaluations. And each of the newly appointed Heads of Diocese are to send an end of year performance report to the Pastor’s Office at the end of the first year of their tenure in July 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The foregoing Pastoral Proclamation was well received by the two Heads of Diocese and their followers. It is strongly believed that this landmark decision, which is seen as a master stroke in many quarters, would foster healthy rivalry which would in turn accelerate the growth, development and progress of the Celestial Church of Christ in the United States of America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
