The banks are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Zenith Bank Plc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-United Bank for Africa Plc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Guaranty Trust Bank Plc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Access Bank Plc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Polaris Bank of Nigeria Plc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Keystone Bank Plc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-First Bank Plc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recall that the <strong><em>Garnishee Order <\/em><\/strong>on all <strong><em>C.C.C.<\/em><\/strong> parishes was granted on <em>Tuesday, 1st November, 2022<\/em>. That Order has been vacated by the same Court, except on <strong><em>Celestial Church of Christ, Port Harcourt Parish 1<\/em><\/strong>. The case has been adjourned to<strong><em> Thursday, 9th March, 2023,<\/em><\/strong> for the determination of the order on <strong><em>C.C.C. Parish 1, Port Harcourt, Rivers State<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What this means in effect is that all parishes of the <strong><em>C.C.C.<\/em><\/strong> that have been restrained from operating their accounts in the listed banks can now begin to operate such accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We commend the efforts of <strong><em>Superior Evangelist Obafemi Adewale (SAN), Superior Evangelist Akinyele Sanyaolu<\/em><\/strong> and all other members of the church&#8217;s legal team for a job well done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Together, we move to higher glory.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Garnishee Order granted in the High Court of Rivers State of Nigeria, restraining parishes of the Celestial Church of Christ from operating existing accounts in the under listed banks, has been vacated.
